We estimate the budget for our favorite concept. We also show variations to make budget adjustments upwards or downwards.
5. Efficient Training Concept:
As soon as all the parameters are established, we develop a detailed training plan out of the framework. All main learning steps will be defined in terms of time schedule and conditions of monitoring.
The learning process will be accompanied by our professional monitoring concept forming the interface between learners, trainer and client. We evaluate the progress of your employees giving reports in regular briefings.
